As a (MT) Master Trainer and bodybuilding coach, I take your fitness goals with earnest intent. Through my personal experience through bodybuilding competitions, competitive swimming, mixed martial arts, weight lifting and personal conditioning in general, I completely understand that losing weight and building muscle can be overwhelming at times. My purpose is to get you mentally and physically correct to reach your goals. I inspect your body type, your BMI, and metabolism to prescribe your individualized fitness or bodybuilding plan. I'm here for you and you have my undivided attention!
20 years of ups and downs I can finally say with confidence, "I have arrived." I am very capable of writing and implementing a plan that will help you surpass your goals. All programs come with a suggested meal plan, proper water intake and one on one instruction with me, to ensure guaranteed client satisfaction. My job will be to hold you accountable in your efforts in achieving your goals.
I understand that mental and physical change can be challenging and difficult at times from our work and daily family lifestyles. In some cases, our weight is going up and down or just going up. This roller coaster ride can be very hard to adapt so we must practice mind over matter. My direction is to change your view on fitness and make it a general way of life again. Making it your new lifestyle! I know if you just practice and "Follow The Program" your everyday activities moving forward will become common daily practice. Thus, your new lifestyle in health and fitness.

Each 6 week session includes one on one personal training with myself, suggested food and water intake, as well as admissions into fitness facility. Please note: All payments are due up front!
